We start with the raw material - uPVC extrusion, which we always keep in stock...		We then cut it EXACTLY to length..
Next, we precisely router the apertures for locks, hinges and other window and door furniture		Then we weld the frames with accurate mitre joint..
The first part of the cleaning process is the corners, and we have specialist machinery to do this...		Followed by putting in the 'V notch' , the groove in the mitre..
The doors or windows are now fitted with all the hinges, locks, handles etc....		... ready for final fit at your home...
