If you discover an equivalent quality uPVC product for less than an FIS quotation, within 14 days we'll match it.

The equivalent product must include, as standard, features and benefits comparable to those offered by FIS.

This applies to any of our uPVC products:

• Windows and doors
• Conservatories and orangeries

Notification of lower prices must be received within 14 days of signing an FIS agreement.

Claims must be received in writing with photocopies of the competing offer including specifications.

The decision on whether a competitor's product matches the features offered by FIS is final.
