| 1. Do they manufacture, or are they simply fitting off-the-shelf products? - FIS manufacture in our own factory. That means every single conservatory is bespoke, making the most your plot and blending the styles perfectly. 2. Do they install themselves, or is it sub-contracted out? - All F.I.S. fitters are employed, uniformed staff who you will find willing and very helpful. We all take great pride in our work. 3. What materials are used in the manufacture. - We use uPVC for our frames, and all our double glazing is 28mm sealed units, far thicker and more energy efficient than many of our competitors. 4. Will the conservatory meet planning regulations? - We will advise on any local requirements, but if you would like to see a quick guide, please view this factsheet. >> 5. Will the conservatory meet all the building regulations? - Without exception all F.I.S. conservatories meet, and usually exceed building regulations. 6. Will the conservatory include all the electrical work in the price? With F.I.S. it will! We always discuss your needs fully before we give you a quotation, and this will include the electrical work.
